Self-Inflicted Achromatic - Sander Sides Angst [EPILEPSY TW]

TURN ON CAPTIONS YOU DUMMIES, EXPLANATION BELOW:
This entire video derives from the idea that Virgil used to be a dark side, which darkness stays in you whether you're still part of that side or not. So basically I tried to explain that every time he feels somewhat accepted and happy, the darkness reminded him of who he really is.
I also tried making the darkness a sort-of metaphor for anxiety itself, as it worsens the more you worry about it consuming you.
I feel like this is unnecessary to explain but, just like the last video, you can see the relationship between Patton and Virgil as you please, I personally see Patton as a really touchy-feely person and that's how he expresses love. But it could be seen as platonic or romantic, this video was not intended to be about Moxiety, it was about The Darkness. But hey, you do you. Be the little shipper you wanna be.

Ok can I just say how much I LOVE this? I like to think that since coming of age and the original Sander Sides vids, you normally see Patton, Logan, and Roman, and Virgil is only seen in the parts with conflict. I'm basically trying to say, Virgil was always there, just unseen, and as people grow up anxiety can grow, and as Thomas learns more about excepting him (hince by learning his name and the importance of a little fear for safety purposes) this is a very cool representation!

I do like the idea that accepting him meant learning things about him and stuff. I didn't actually think of it that way. I honestly mostly think of the sides more as people in themselves who can have every single feeling, thought process, etc. just that what they represent is just heightened. I have a theory that Virgil only has anxiety from depression,and that Virge isn't actually anxiety,but depression itself. As,in the very first and second Sander sides,he wasn't introduced with the other three. Also,depression and anxiety slowly develop over time. And Virgil's eyeshadow darkens every single episode scince Accepting Anxiety. Depression and anxiety both keep you awake. And in the series the eyeshadow represents how late Virgil stays up being anxious and keeping Thomas up. (Imma stop typing now cause my fingets hurt)
