Do you realize how huge, HOW INCREDIBLY COURAGEOUS that course of action was and continues to be so vital for your self-esteem, your self worth and hopefully for your continued evolving...Your journey inward to finding out who YOU are...to LOVING YOURSELF FIRST before you can truly know what it is to love another. If one doesnt know how to truly love its only because he/she has never experienced it for themselves when they were little tiny beings. So many including myself for yrs. are in their own world dealing with their own crap..its known as self-centeredness because if they weren't there would be a hundred more comments here applauding you for your courageous feat..helping you to see the benefited value that that action has created for you and your life. Yes. It's that HUGE my dear!! I'm saying this to you because if somebody had noticed when I did something very similar it may have given me enough awareness to not turn around and just get into another relationship, and another or to end up staying in one. I am giving you kudos and to encourage you to, impede with you, to please continue on putting you first and to start taking care of that little girl that still inside of you. Those were her tears when you cried while tapping in this video because she was so relieved that you finally paid attention to her!! She just wants to be loved but you and I and so many out there try to get it outside ourselves and it just doesnt work. So many accept the abuse cuz that's what it is even if their is no physical violence because it's so hard, so scary, because we dont value ourselves enough. I only ask that u visualize this scenario over and over if it's hard for you to understand the little girl piece. Just dont discount it. That little girl all day everyday hasbeen longing to be nurtured and loved her whole life and you my dear are the only one who is meant to do it. How you might say? Well you have already done the hardest part, you left. Now go find out who you are, what you like and dont like, therapy helps tremendously and I cant reiterate enough about staying out of a relationship...just saying. Hats off to you my dear and I highly doubt there will be too many followers of this video being so old but if anyone agrees how awesome this step was for this courageous woman please leave comment and/or a thumbs up.😌

Some of us haven't had the easiest of life's or experiences and this is a truly remarkable and powerful Self Help tool for just about everything in life - directly or indirectly something else seems to just come up to the surface to be worked on. All the best!!! 🌈😊💜 There are a few decent Guided (spoken) meditations also worthwhile listening to, which will further enhance your Self Love journey!!!

We're each of us on our own unique journey - but some of us are kindred spirits along the path!!! 🥰

Angie Jackson I will find my way. I’m doing everything healthy to find my way. Tapping is just the icing on the cake. If there’s anything you could recommend let me know. Well THAT was interesting, Brad! I know that things can bubble up while doing eft, to clear, but while doing this, out of the blue, I remembered when I was about 8, sitting on my bedroom floor, in front of a mirror, and pulling faces at myself, as kids do. My father walked past, and I can't remember his exact words, but I did for years, but not now, but he said something like "Stop being so vain, looking at yourself in the mirror!!! ...... You're nothing to look at anyway!" I remember feeling a sting when he said this, and getting very hot, and feeling the deepest, deepest shame. I heard those words whenever I looked at myself in the mirror, especially if I looked for too long, for many, many years. I have always let my girls, then my grandkids, look in the mirror and pull faces, and laugh if I caught them. And they'd laugh back, and keep doing it. I'd forgotten about all this til now. But the feeling of deep, deep shame has been with me my whole life, until I dealt with it by tapping, last year. Tha majority of it. Maybe it's time to tap on it again. - But how wonderful for that memory to come up in this tapping about self love! I'd forgotten this incident for about 30 years! I just love EFT. And it's times like this, where I can see just how well, and perfectly it works! Now I can tap on that incident as well. I know it says more about dad (all the tapping I've done has been around him) than me. He continually projected his self hatred on us, throughout his life. And his narcissistic ego. - So I've had lots of material to tap on! Thankyou for all that you do. I'm sure that there have been lots of similar 'pops' that viewers haven't shared with you, that have happened while tapping along with you. Thanks again, Brad.

Absolutely! It's amazing how stuff comes up when doing eft. I too remembered some situations that needed lots of healing. I think we all do! Ain't this fantastic that we can change so many things in our past-present-futur, only by tapping... Thanks so much Brad, love your energy

Just reading this when you describe the 'sting' and what caused it and the effect it had on you, that makes me feel emotional and angry. I know the sting! Crikey, some people are so good at inflicting the sting. It's a great step forward to be able to see those people for what they are - it's them, not you. The next step is doing the work on yourself to make you resilient against those people. It's not an overnight thing by any means but it's worth the effort.

@@jacinthapinto8700 - you can repeat right along with these videos, but you can also change words, or entire phrases too. That's what I love about tapping, you can really become the master of your own healing. I followed along with a few videos when I got started, and then felt free enough to come up with my own words. I do like coming back to these scripts though too.

Your videos feel so comforting and fun and easy and you deliver them with such an unconditional and beautiful energy that the ego doesn't stand a chance. This one really triggered some emotion for me so will 'lather, rinse and repeat' a few times a day, along with other videos. My mother projected her self loathing onto me and my siblings and at 57 I still carry that around with need to heal and and not let it influence me any more x although I do understand it was my mothers repeated patterns from her abusive up bringing that caused her pain too so forgive her and send her love wherever she is on her soul journey now she has passed. We absorb so much as kids and the eft is so helpful to pin point certain times that hugely affected our lives x thankyou for sharing your story as that in its self is healing and bless ya brad!
