A PSA blood test result above 4 is just an indicator to have some further tests. A high PSA level can be *normal* for an enlarged benign prostate, and is also found in prostatitis... The next step would be to have a scan and measure the exact size of the prostate, so you can calculate the 'prostate density'. Without it, the PSA result is meaningless. Many unnecessary prostate biopsies have been performed and even repeated multiple times because doctors neglect to put the PSA level in context.

In previous videos, you show how the massage releases “infected” prostate fluid. How do you know the fluid is infected? Looking at other videos of normal prostates, the fluid color, consistency is the same as what you call infected.
