No, they don’t. They focus on the research part. There are so many KZbin videos and other courses that show you how to create books in different software.

Kindle publishers contacted me to publish my book. Is this Amazon publisher ? Or can you advise a cheaper self publishers without any training?

Amazon KDP is free to use, it is a platform to publish your books. Kindle publishers is not affiliated with Amazon.
