My therapist calls me out all the time, but in a loving way. I agree: that's the mark of a good therapist. She's able to follow it up with care. It's never easy to face those kinds of things but it's necessary for me to live day-to-day without getting foggy up there. Best wishes :)

I agree. It's not easy to face your own faults and correct them but it really helps to be able to have someone unbiased to point them out to you. I also strive to be a better person than I was the day before, and therapy really helps accomplish that :)
