Self-running 2022 fuel-less generator from 900W up to 2Kw PART 1

In this new 2022 test we improved the generator and found that we can get more output using it in a different way by using the DC alternator that relies on the generator in order to work and the alternator charges a bigger bank of batteries. You can then use the load from an inverter that is powered by one of the charged batteries.
The motor that spins the alternator, I mean the silver one, is a DC motor that can work from 30 to 200V, it is a unique motor that can adjust itself to many different voltages.
As you see very clearly, while charging the battery we put some load and the alternator is so strong that it continues to charge the battery and the numbers go up despite the inverter pumping power from the battery. If the alternator doesn't charge the battery so strongly of course we would see the numbers decline while the inverter is giving load as you see in the video.

Ohms law doesn't allow this contraption to work long. To put it simple, if your contraption consumes more power than it produces, the contraption will only run until the batteries get week.

Is it possible to charge the battery while it is being discharged at the same time

Hi thanks for your comment. Basically it's not possible to run the motor that runs the generator and charge the source at the same time. The source in this case is the input battery. So what we do in this case is use a relay so the motor works for 15 minutes on the input battery and the alternator charges another 2-3 batteries at the same time without being connected to the input battery. After 15 minutes when the relay is turned off, we put a DC to DC converter of 10Ah that charges the input battery from the charge battery back to its initial position. There is some energy left over for a small inverter in addition to the AC output that the generator gives which is not much but the work of the alternator is much more important. I hope it helps. What's the rpm of this generator

Hi, usually you need 3,600 rpm to run a 220V generator or 1,800 rpm for a 110V one. In this case it is a 220V generator but I spin it already at 1,500 rpm thanks to the magnets I installed inside the rotor. So it became a permanent magnet motor. I hope it helps. Best regards
