You sound SO MUCH like me. I’ve only watched half of this and I relate so much. And the beating oneself up mentally when we make a mistake, it can be exhausting. I didn’t think some of this stems from a lack of confidence and fear, and imposter syndrome, but you’re absolutely right. I didn’t realize I was operating like this so this is eye-opening. Thank you!
