I love this so much! I'm always amazed when God uses Mina to define what I am going through succinctly. I'm going through such a transition between two identities. I wanted to sing and perform my entire life, and I had every excuse for not doing it. "I'll open myself to criticism and be vulnerable to online bullies. If I fail at achieving my dreams, everyone will know about it. I don't have to work and like being home with my husband instead of being obligated to gigs. Why would I want to hustle when I am already living a life I once dreamed of? Etc. etc." Upon doing my inner work, I realize more and more that I have an incredible talent, and I keep feeling this intense push to do something with it. I wasn't blessed with this gift to hide for the rest of my life. I became painstakingly aware last year that I was my biggest enemy and was the only thing holding me back! I'm finally feeling a shift. I am beginning to feel the gumption to throw myself off the cliff and do it! And it's exciting because it took me over a year to get to the edge of this cliff. I will do whatever I was put on this earth to do, and even though I keep holding myself back, I will either do it or die trying! I loved watching Mina's journey and hearing her talk retrospectively. I know she was once in the same position with her KZbin channel, and her success is encouraging. If she can do it, I can do it. Thanks, Mina, for shining your light! I am at the intersection of identities with my job. My current role came under reassignment and I've been forced into a former position that does not work for me or resonate with me anymore. I know that for the phase of life I am in, I need to immediately leave this job and begin a remote position instead. I updated my resume and began researching the new direction I can go in. But when it comes time to hit the "apply" button, I freeze up. The self sabotaging identity rears her head. What my new identity knows is how amazing and transformative working remotely is for myself and my family. She knows how freeing the flexibility is for me. This video was a game changer for me. I literally am at that intersection-and started to self sabotage and couldn’t understand why this time with this area is my life. I have made massive level jumps in the last 90 days. I’m a very spiritual person and address things usually there first before addressing 3d, but I’ve found God leading me to make PHYSICAL changes too like new apt, new furniture decor and new clothing style. I have observed that it is ok to integrate both personalities. It may seem like back and forth like in your sons example but this can be a phase until time tells what prevails. Yes, I am at an intersection between my old identity and my new identity. My new identity strongly desires a life of luxury, freedom and peace and she understands the different dynamics (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) that must shift in order to step into this newness. She understands the power of vitality from healthy living and eating, she understands the connection between self worth and how she presents herself both internally as well as externally to the world. The new identity understands her power. She doesn’t minimize it, she doesn’t compromise on it and she doesn’t apologize for it. She is a magnet for attracting an overflow of abundance into her life. Yes I am at the intersection of identity and I’ve been feeling this energy a lot recently. I’ve noticed it in myself so much so that I’ve started noticing ppl around me also having this intersection of identity. The new identity knows that I am destined to live a luxury lifestyle. The core belief of the new identity is that there is nothing wrong with getting out of your comfort zone and experiencing the best things that life has to offer. My old identity believes I should stay in the mundane and be grateful that I have just enough to meet my basic needs. It would be awesome if you did more metaphysical content on your channel. The world has a deep hunger for those sorts of things right now. This needs to be normalized so that we as a collective can share ideas to help each other grow. Don’t worry if the numbers drop bc what’s more valuable are the deeply spiritual ppl that we all get to connect with.

I have had the same experience as your son, mine was with cigarettes and sugar. Just BAM gone, done with. Like your son, there were a lot of asking myself why do I keep doing what I know hurts me before the final shut down. I am now almost 22 years (May) smoke free and almost 7 years (June) sugar free. I am now at two more crossroads. One with my hypnosis business vs retiring and the other with a certain way to eat that my body loves (carnivore) however I keep eating some vegetables that end up making me feel sickly. I am going to definitely do your journaling method to make the change over once and for all. Great video Mina. I would love for you to do more, your a wealth of great insights and info! XO
