It's so relatable; thanks for sharing. I am on a similar journey. Unresolved traumas in our lives could also intensify self-criticism and sabotage. It is essential to be patient with yourself; continually reviewing your sub-goals until they are consistently attainable. You are not in competition with others. Also, regulate your use of social media platforms. I rarely check LinkedIn unless I am notified of connections. My mental health is paramount! 😂😂
