What do you use on the skin before tattooing nd are you suppose to vassline on it before tattooing

71% alcohol or witch hazel is the first wipe to get all the body oils off + disinfect. I''ll also scrub with some green soap to get dead skin out of the way. After shaving and disinfecting, you can use stencil stuff or green deodorant to apply a stencil. Drawing it straight on with a sharpie also works. A thin layer of vasaline or a tattoo balm keeps it visible while you're working, plus its easier to clean off as you wipe. Hope that makes sense!
