@@amym.1349 stoping to star is rude whoever you are and in most situations. As someone who used to get chided as a child it's a common etiquette to follow in public. Another example is pointing. Also ppl film alot nowadays. Ppl tend to look for a moment, but making a speedy exit in case the cameras pan or take landscape shots. It happens alot, like at school, University and iconic buildings (whether that be landmarks or places of interests for other reasons).
