I happen to suffer from dermatillomania too and figured I’d share the advice that helped me not pick as much. Wherever you pick your face, for me it’s my bathroom, try to stay out of that room as much as possible. Doing my skincare in front in the mirror caused me to look at my face more. When I started doing my skincare in my room without a mirror I began picking less. If you find it relaxing and you must get out the urge sometimes at the very least try to look in the mirror, identify pimples that actually look ready to be popped and where u can make minimal scarring, give yourself only those couple pimple you pick and then you must wash your face and leave the mirror. best of luck friend

It makes no sense. Why?? God forgive me for I have sinned. I love all the children of the world, especially my own but they are now weapons. I love you and wanted to help save humanity from itself by uniting but it seems to have had an opposite effect. I just wanted peace between light and dark, good and evil. I was and am willing to give up and surrender to save this world. Please spare my children and grandchildren, siblings and parents. NWO is not the way to go. Asking our creator for some free will was the way to go as long as there were laws in place to prevent this from happening again. Cycles don’t always have to end in tragedy. Think of the children and the beautiful creation of earth and all of its wonders. We are capable of much good if united for a cause. We could have eons of peace if we learned to balance as best possible the light and dark, good and evil. There will always be the pendulum but maybe next time we could play duck duck goose😂😢. You have taught many so much and we want to spread the word of the law and of morals but so many are unwilling to listen and indulge themselves for money, lust and sloth, they have lost hope. I was awakened and saw hope once again, maybe they will too. The ones winning this war are indulging in greed and sexualizing and killing the children and the info war is being turned on the people so no one knows what to believe anymore. They cannot even see the news here in New Isreal, they do not know what is happening in this world or that they have the ability to change it by one person at a time.
