Guruji ek bahut important question hai. Jab aapne bolts kase the toh aapne *criss-cross pattern* follow karne ko bola tha. Yahi cheez maine Hero Honda training film me dekhe the, KZbin par. Is criss cross pattern ko follow karne ke peeche kya significance hai?

For proper fitment cross or star pattern is used

Generally in engine we are joining big parts together by using nuts,bolts and studs. Criss cross pattern and gradual torque application method prevents parts distortion and breakage.Take the example of car engine head. There are 3 or 4 cylinders. We have to mount head over block by using number of bolts or studs. If proper sequence is not followed. It will lead to head distortion and finally a series of issues.

Bhai,please cover on the torque specs or an overall idea on how tight different nuts and bolts need to be.Apne aap repair karne valo ka sab kuch over tight karne ka kam hotha he! Isliye kaha pe kitha tight hone ka idea dene wala ek video bana deejye.

@@NOZf3atu Sara nuts and bolts tightning pe ek recommended torque hotha he.Torque information, manufacturer bohath kam cheej pe diya rahtha he.Workshop Manuals me hoga but vo manufacturers internal use par restrict kar rakha he.Brake Disc,Brake Caliper,Spark Plug,Wheel Nut,Sprocket bolts jaise sabhi me ek recommended torque hotha he,but domestic use keliye torque wrench khareedna bohth expensive hoga,after one manage to find the torque specs.Even professional use mea rare dikhtha he.
