When during our historical excursions, for example, after a tour of the ancient city of Selinus, we want to relax on the seashore, everyone will find something for themselves on one of the many beaches in Gazipaşa.
Selinus Beach is closest to the city center and measures about 2.5 kilometers and at least 150 meters wide. Near the north of the beach, there is also a cave to visit. The sea in this place is quite shallow, so many families with children come here.
One of the most famous is Koro Beach, located in the southwest relative to the city center. To get to it, follow Uğur Mumcu Street towards the west, until the crossword in Fidanlı Street. Minibusses also run from the city center. Koro is called a miracle of nature because it is always clean thanks to natural self-cleaning.
About 8 kilometers northwest of the city center is another Aysultan Women's Beach bordering Kahyalar District. The beach is close to the ancient town of Lotape. Due to the rather large depth of water by the beach, children under 7 years old are not allowed in there. People who can't swim well shouldn't take any chances either. I wonder where that name of the beach came from? Is this the best place to lose a woman? Minibus transport from the center of Gazipaşa is also provided to this beach.
