he's absolutely right. Also networking and face time is crucial. Get out there and put in the time with your clients, just dropping 20 bids off does nothing but get you low margin projects...spend the time with your clients, build trust and then build relationships.. that's the formula.

What a great video I always heard it was 10% are rich and want the best 70% want value best they can afford 20% are cheap and want cheap But that's not the point, your point is sound and I agree I will follow you from now on.
