Super helpful video, thanks! When I looked up my options a month ago, the search results were just giving me the same limited set of options (including forum/discussion posts that recommended them) and left out the smaller and more "obscure" sites. It was quite frustrating.

Pic-time is very niche (mainly for weddings photographers?). There are other platforms that are more universal for digital artists. Maybe I will make a video review on this subject!

Galleries are the worst thing there are today. Artists must learn to sell our art through social networks and not give money to galleries that do nothing and only want to make money and exploit artists. This happens in all the world. 😡😡😡😡😡

A devoted artist can't sell his or her artworks smartly. Remember He or she is not a seller. He is an ARTIST. So what you do for us? And if the starving artists need to pay for selling artworks? I get you. My dad never changed my diaper when I was a baby. Because he believed a 'MAN' is the provider of the family, and a devoted provider can't do house works smartly. He is not a housewife. He is a FATHER. I think they are just some old common practice. We live in the digital age, and everything is different - new rules, realities, and dynamics. It's much easier to do things a different way today. You can be whoever you want and make whatever you wish!

@@indranathmajumdar5984 I am not an artist to start with. I quit my job to spend time helping artists. I find this work more meaningful than working a 9-5 corporate job. But I can’t help everyone because there are millions of artists and I have 24 hours a day. I can help artists who want to learn business skills. I can give what I learnt from business school to those artists so they can go and make money. I can keep my channel independent and neutral by not accepting any sponsorship. That’s what I can do for artists. I think the best is to ask “What can I do for the art community?” before asking “What can you do for us?”

Something I have noticed with artists in general is they only want to create art, and I get that, but it's a business whether artists like it or not which means artists need to learn business, including everything involved such as marketing

Your information is good but sorry, it’s distracting when you look down to read the details. I suggest to have screenshots of the websites to cover your face than seeing you looking down & not on the camera.

I know artists with good looking, if somewhat unusual, art works published for sale on Saatchi and elsewhere for several years with no sales. With websites that link to these sales platforms, FB posts, etc. Just no sales or even contacts asking about the work. A few dozen Likes on Saatchi, not many. There does not seem to be any traffic to individual unknown artists without paid ads, and even then these may not work. Do you know if any of these sites publish any sales data? How many artists actually sell work through Saatchi? How many people sell products through RedBubble or Society6? It would be interesting to know!

I'm curious too, specially RedBubble as I've noticed people saying is oversatured with copycat material. I don't think you can easily sell without a reasonable online presence, unless you got lucky idk
