I am so sorry you find it difficult! It's not an easy pattern, indeed. What you can do to have a better experience with this tutorial is to turn on the caption (tap the small wheel in the top right corner and then auto translation and choose your language). From the same settings icon, you can adjust the speed of the video

This is beautiful but I’m having a problem with yoke. I chained 52 and is too small and even 56 is still small. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong.

I've had this question come up a few times and it seems that the type of yarn used can have a big impact. The elasticity of the yarn and how tight you make your chain stitches can affect the end result. If the gauge of your main stitch pattern is correct, try using foundation double crochet stitches instead of chains when starting your project. This will make it more stretchy.
