The three warmbloods are very easy to to tell apart, i can't see where people see they are "copy and pasted". And if what bothers people is that their animations LOOK the same (although we can tell they're different enough), just go look at real life horses, they all move like horses, and yet no one's mad about that 😂

OMG what do people expect? Warmbloods are hard to tell apart, even inreal life! Why would it be any different in SSO? Like, really, what is their deal? These horses are very nicely made, typical for their breed and their animations differ enough, so they are not completely the same. TBH I would be satisfied with them even having all the same animations, only on a different base model, if the price was a little cheaper, then. But people who nit-pick because the horses look them too similar, I'd say have no idea of what those breeds look like in the first place, lol

Honestly as a warmblood girl I love the 3 of them! I think sso did a great job with making them look different from each other. It’s normal that some gaits look alike, and there is no problem with that. I personally really don’t get why some people get upset when they reuse gaits. Or when some people get upset they look alike, ofcourse they look alike, they are warmbloods what do you expect? In my opinion they don’t look copy paste at all. But as I said they look amazing, can’t wait for the Selle Français to come out! ❤

Oh finally I find someone who thinks the same! Everyone is like "the all look the same" and "the Selle Françes canter looks like gen 2" But I mean, they also says that they miss old sso, soo if you thinks it looks like an old horse, good for you! I think they are gorgeous❤️❤️

For me it’s better to have reused gaits than to try and have them all unique and end up with a very messed up gait. Because horses do move very similarly irl, and if you try to make them all unique, you’re going to eventually start making unrealistic and funky gaits

@@StellaDjurberg-fb2jga lot of the people who complain don’t actually ride irl…. Ofc their gaits look similar to gen 2 because they’re the same horse breed? And all of them are warmbloods? It’s like how people complained anout the lipp being to thick, or the Ardennes. People forget that star stable is trying to be factually accurate replicas of their real life counterparts

i personally think the belgian warmblood has lower quality to the dutch warmblood and selle francais. i think the dutch warmblood and selle francais have a lot of similarities and it looks like they used the same original model but tweaked it, similar to the paints and arabians, but the gaits are pretty different. the dutch warmblood is better for dressage as it has better slow gaits, but the gallop looks much better in the selle francais and reminds me of a racehorse. overall, i think the dutch warmblood is better for dressage, the selle francais is better for racing and the belgian warmblood is my least favorite out of the three as the shading, face and back legs are a little wonky in my opinion.

I personally still love the Selle frances. Ugh so lovely and amazing breed❤. Also my personal opinion is the thing that ofc sso wants to copy the animatoins of the popular horses to get the new horses more popular.

I also absolutely love them, I like the gaits I just wish the legs weren’t so stiff. :) Which coat is your favorite on the SF? I like the chestnut pinto!

I personally think the selle Français has a lot of potential, I’m not the biggest fan of the Belgian Warmblood for various reasons but I also love the Dutch Warmblood! I also am so annoyed with people complaining that they look too similar, they’re all Warmbloods!! Look at horses like that in real life, you’ll see that for Warmbloods, they’re already quite different (;

I swear the people commenting that these are just copy and paste breeds are forgetting the fact that "warmblood" breeds in real life are really just categories. And a very broad ones at that. Like most warmblood breeds constantly crossbreed into other warmblood breeds. Most of them look remarkably similar. Most of them have the exact same foundational sires, big names in the bloodlines, and do the same things. So someone complaining that these three warmblood breeds are too similar is like someone complaining that three terrier breeds are too similar or that three breeds of carrots are too similar. I would hope so, they're basically all inbred and related in 17 different ways. Not to mention that these are all three very distinct breeds as SSO has made them. For better or for worse, they feel like three different levels of grand prix, mid-level, and green sport horses. And I think that's fabulous! Obviously, some animations still need help on the Selle Francais' part, but SSO is doing just fine. I think people just don't seem to realize what a warmblood is in real life LOL

I label these three in my head as Refined(Belgian), Jaunty (Dutch), and Quirky(Selle). XD I'm excited, I usually don't like Selle's in games because they overdo the convex profile of the face, but I like these.

Honestly the Belgian and Selle gaits only look similar because they were both designed as jumping horses and the Dutch was designed for dressage

IMO, they are all very different. The selle is definitely my favourite by far out of them all! I absolutely adore it, I think it will be in my top 10 favourite horses out of the whole game. It is just really an amazing horse and brings awesome coat colours a long with it! I will definitely be buying the sooty buckskin paint first❤it’s my dream horse irl🫶

The Dutch warmblood is more of a dressage horse and the selle Francis more hunter or ShowJumping

At first, I thought the Selle Francais and Dutch Warmblood looked very similar, but seeing them side by side you can really see how different they actually are. Based solely on appearance, as I don't know much about performance, and only referring to the SSO horse models (as opposed to the real life horse breeds), I'd have to say the Selle Francais is my favorite. That's not to say that the others have anything wrong or that they aren't also beautiful, but in my opinion the Selle Francais just has such a pleasing shape, and I like the more subtle shine on the coat without being too dull. You know what I mean? Idk, maybe it's just me, lol. Of course we'll have to see when they are released! Wow, I really did not think I'd go so in-depth on that... The back legs on the Selle Francias don't extend far enough, making them look stiff and lanky (hock joints)

I must say, the Belgian Warmblood’s hind legs are incredible to me- they’re SO well animated! Hopefully the Selle Francais legs are unbent a bit to show actual extension and engagement in the muscles

I think the Dutch will stay my favourite out of them. I'm just sad there's no coat for the selle francias is making me go "wow" like if the second pinto (the one with dapples) wasn't pinto then I think I'd love that 😭 I think maybe I'll go with the dapple gray one tho because it looks kinda cute but we'll see 🫠 Also the animations are kinda off and look more unnatural than the Dutch imo

Just now seeing this comparison video, and I have to say, as a massive fan of the BWB, I greatly prefer the animations of the Selle. It has the more elegant side to it that I appreciated from the KWPN, but the gallop is LEAGUES better than the KWPN, and quite better than the BWB imo, and I adored the BWB animations. I definitely think the Selle is my new favorite. The KWPN as much as I do like it, always felt quite stiff to me. I don’t get that vibe from the Selle at all. And I just really adore that gallop

My fav breed is the h & m, I have a mare named Cherryblossom! I feel like the selle Francis try’s to hard, whilst the Belgian makes it seem more easy, and the Dutch is still being collected.

I literally can't tell the difference between horse breeds in real life half the time I can't tell much difference between warm bloods or sports horses, so honestly, I don't see why people complain since horses look pretty similar in real life anyway 🤷‍♀️

The belgian warmblood is the best in my opinion. I have the chestnut and the liver chestnut pinto and they are my favorite horses along with the seal brown shire. 😍

Although similar, probably because they are almost related, their appearance and gaits are actually very easy to tell how different to tell if you look closely at the trotting.

Oh no! Warmbloods look like other warmbloods? Please go look at where France (Selle Francais), Belgium (BWB), and the Netherlands (DWB) are on a map. Of course *warmbloods* from these countries will look similar. Sso managed to still make the breeds look unique enough while keeping breed standards.

Fine video, although color companions wasnt that good. There are 3 different bay belgian and they should be comper with bay dutch and selle. Same with 2 chestnuts. Because fact that light bay is next to gray even thought THERE IS DAPPLE GRAY BELGIAN is a crime. Same for pintos, we have two belgian pintos liver chestnut and black.
