Who's going to stop you? Via the new law, as soon as ai art is generated it enters the public domain. So it's not midjourneys decision whether you can use it commercially or not. Even for the free trial.(which doesn't exsist anymore. Probably for this reason.) So them saying you need a paid subscription to sell commercially is something they can't legally back up.

@@Kongongongg Not even sure what you are trying to say. But it is literally against the TOS of several AI programs to use their work for monetary gain. In part because AI created works have questionable legal protection due to how they are made.

I have a standard plan for midojurney and as far as I know, paid members are granted with general commercial terms. But thanks for pointing out, I forgotten to mention it in the video.

I understand your frustration, but it's not and you aren't. You can sell commercially. In fact, with the new ai art law, they can't stop you no matter how much money you give them. As soon as ai art is generated, it enters the public domain. No one owns it, so it can be used commercially by anyone. No matter what any TOS says.

@@Icedanon Was unaware of the ruling regarding AI art copywriting. The stuff is still unethical. Screw anyone who sells it or calls themselves an artist for using it.
