Glad to see you're using a "granny flat" for the house sales, I thought it was your house. My suggestion is: if you are to continue doing these house sales, instead of putting a TV on the one blank wall, have a local artist paint a big superhero mural on it! that would certainly be unique and different.

Hey, I have two doors like yours, one has a gap at the top and one at the bottom. Slight ground shift I've been told. And I have high corner spiderwebs of course. Marvel Treasury Editions have a special place in my collection; I once walked 7 kilometres to a newsagency and back just to buy a Hulk Treasury Edition, back in the 70s. Love seeing you two working things out and learning from each sale so that you can make future ones even better. Your videos are among my favourite comics-related material on KZbin.

Man I live all the way in Hawaii and I would be spending like crazy with those deals. I was sad when my local comic book store no longer has a 50 cent bin and minimum is only a $1. The other shop I go to also has a $1 bin minimum but it’s mostly not bagged and boarded. Still a good way to get modern keys than paying cover price.

3 + 1 on slabs is nice. However whats your ROI/margin impact? Are you looking at purely at the ROS? Then you need to do volumes like your friend with the tents for that to make sense.

Buy an electric fan. A big one, it's cheaper than an AC. It saved me last summer. One thing to watch out for is it gets windy and might blow away comics.

You are screwing yourself out of money as you can't buy anything anywhere for 50 cents, even dollar tree is $1.25. . Don't ever go lower than a dollar each and that should be for a rough reader copy of a newer book.
