Hi Adam, I've not ever seen you drink an iced or cold coffee beverage but I wondered if on such hot days if you've ever thought about it? I live in Saint Louis and it's super hot here right now, just as hot as Florida or more. It's hard for me to do a hot coffee when it's so hot outside.😂🥵

I really love your walk and talks when you're in Celebration...it's so unique in architecture and quaintness. I probably will never go there in my lifetime so it's fun to see it when you're out and about strolling and chatting. I think these are my favorite videos. I get a cup of coffee and settle in...kinda feels like I'm chatting with a friend (don't tell anyone but I nod along and say things like "good idea Adam"....LOL I might be a tad bit socially deprived at the moment. 😆) I am looking forward to seeing all the different DVC places you stay!

Congrats, I think its a great thing that you will always be able to call part of Disney your home, regardless of what tomorrow brings or where the wind blows. After watching your hotel room reviews in past vlogs, the Disney resorts have the nicest, cleanest, modern, beautiful rooms and living areas of any where else! You get what you pay for! When I saw the title I was really concerned that you had bought them at a kinda high price but was selling them now which would have been the opposite of what one should try to do. Our home resort is Copper Creek,we have stayed at Animal Kingdom the 1st time with all 6 kids and last month stayed at Saratoga Springs just me and my wife.Next trip we want to stay at the Poly.We love DVC and plan to buy our next points resale at either Grand or Old Key west.Great video 😃😃.

Good decision to add Grand Flo 50pts. Location! Small point contracts have the highest resale value in future!! You should think abut buying in Cali next, it's the only way you will be able to reserve a room, plus it will have great resale value!! Don't forget to check out the Interval "Getaway" stays!!

My wife and I were down there this past January and bought at the Riviera as well, probably the same gentleman that use to do DVC out here in California at Disneyland 🤔🤔 but I'm definitely going to have to do the DVC lounge

Remember you can also use your points to stay at non-Disney resorts all over the world. If we hadn’t bought DVC, we’d be staying in Moderate’s that we got at a discount or off property when visiting WDW. DVC has allowed us to stay at Deluxe Resorts where some of the rooms we’ve stayed in cost more per night than our annual dues!! And that’s going every other year or so!!!

Recommend looking into the resale market - you can save a ton. You already qualify for the direct benefits (the lounge, moonlight magic, etc) with your initial purchase. I own over 600 points and paid about 60% of the price Disney was charging at the time.

Quick question....If DW ever looses its "Glow"... what will happen to the value of those points? As repairs and upkeep bills mount does that get passed on to the Point holders? Who gets stuck with Maintenance, etc.?

You may wish to consider the resale market for dvc points. We purchased points at Vero Beach for an effective cost of about $60 per point, but the annual maintenance fee is higher than the others. We use the points in the January to warm up. We have stayed at every Florida dvc resort. DVC is an exception to most timeshares and they are easy to sell for more than you originally paid in some cases.
