G-wagon is more of a 'truck'. But the newer G-wagons likely will feel more than comfortable enough too us not used to Rolls Royces;)

I don't see it that way. I think Adam genuinely doesn't like the car but more importantly I think Michael appreciates having someone in his life who calls him out/treats him normally rather than kisses his @$$ because - commission. I also think he knows it is part of the dynamic of their relationship that helps make the channel so successful so maybe plays it up a bit.
