I would go for kodiaq there’s no two ways about it , it’s a well rounded package & people have got it for 37-40lakhs OTR

I would reckon a 2018,19 BMW 530d. Stage 1 remap - 310 bhp. If you’re good with your budget a straight pipe will complement it better and you’ll have a car that does 0-100 in 5-5.5 second.
