Depends on where you are in the United States. I moved to a little town 45 minutes from Times Square that for 2500 square-foot home you’re looking at $1 million and about 30,000 a year in taxes. But it has one of the best school systems, zero major crime and To me major crimes are murder & rape and I’m 45 minutes from NYC. Now an hour up the line for me you would get the same square footage but with acres of land for probably 400,000 and your tax and you would probably be 5000 a month. You pay for the school systems for no crime a really good police department but your taxes are no joke.

A 24" Sony Trinitron with S-video or component inputs would be the perfect size crt for your retro gaming setup if you plan on having multiple consoles connected to it and recommend your Wii be connected to the crt tv and find a Wii U to be connected to your 4k tv. That way you can enjoy your Wii games in HD and have your Gamecube games look phenomenal on the crt tv. I know this because I already have a dedicated gaming room with a crt tv with retro consoles on shelves all connected to the 24" Sony Trinitron and a 4k tv for my Wii U, Xbox series X, PS5, and PS3. These are just recommendations from a dedicated retro gamer and collector.

I think 300 Is a good price. I just checked best buy and they have on sale $400 65 inch Roku TCL that normally retails for $800. Only thing I would say is for a gaming set up having a TV that goes up to 120Hz might have been perforable If this one doesn't.

I was hoping you'd get a branded mini fridge like a soda brand with an open face on it or just a fully enclosed one maybe something retro. That would be my choice but the one you got after seeing it honestly looks nice matches the theme of the room more with the wall colors for sure. Retro couch in the retro zone ayooo. After seeing the clip with the light behind the fridge wow it looks even better now that's some nice ambiance. First couch configuration looked clean shame it didn't fit the bill. A space fit for a king to pretend to enjoy video games. I love games but can't enjoy them like I did as a kid it seems like they always give me a headache in less and less time the older I get.
