Brand new roof coating and joint tape ($2k maintenance, good for 5-10 years if taken care of) Brand new roof AC cover and bathroom vent cover. Comes with Generator (runs off the same gas tank as the motor), shore power and water hook ups, roof top AC and dash AC both blow COLD!, stove, oven, microwave, 2 bay sink, 40lb propane tank, brand new Michelins all around, shower, toilet, bathroom sink, Pioneer stereo system, 2 twin beds in rear, dinette that converts to bed, and queen bed in overhang. Everything works as it should. Tons of storage. Take it anywhere. Asking $10k and pretty firm as the condition is better than most that are 10 years newer. If you get a sprinter van you WILL GET BETTER GAS MILEAGE. You will also have a quarter of the space and pay $150k. Things to think about. What do the switches in the bathroom do?? I just got a 1992, and the layout and everything is the same. When you told us what the switches in the entryway did, you helped me out a ton. But what about the bathroom ones?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
