Your pace is spot on...I like that you don't spend an interminable time flipping pages looking at equipment or have tons of time-lapse with cheesy KZbin music in the background. If you turn your productions to selling such as the prefab walls it'll sell for best price hourly and/or monthly netting you easy income without all the micromanagement, just like a real business, you focus on the big jobs in the field while your productions return on your investments, you can pick and choose which products to sell, store, or distribute to other productions so yeah, help yourself out a little bit and choose one production to sell until such time you need them for other things...I usually have main wood on distribute especially after the purchase of old sawmill and wood turner, at wood turner I set bowls and shakers to sell, store staircase railings, at sawmill distribute wood, store everything until roller coaster products is completed then sell prefab walls, planks, beams, and long planks are needed for flooring and boat so store those... Hope this helps it's basically a trade off after certain things are completed, but good videos live the content...

Only problem with that is that the automatic selling option is a percentage of average of the current selling price and so you loose a lot of potential income that way.

Fyi, there are 2 different recipes at the Wood Turner, you can turn logs into railings, peppermills, and bowls, or you can turn the planks into railings, peppermills, and bowls. The bowls and peppermills can be sold for profit.

That train is a profit maker, nice.. that speeds up the whole process quite a bit. And it probably wil no fit in the proces of rebuilding the rollercoaster, but the shipyard might be a niuce money maker too.. I like to see those new boats being built

The section between the road and the river in land 18 is a really good place for a house and yard. Something you could look to building in the future.

There's a production spawn point at the sawmill up at the main building - make more money!!! Did some of the product fall off the train at the map border?

Keep your eyes open for the wood carvings they give you a little bit of money if you collect them.

With the wheel loader, it'd probably be easier to load pallets from the ground as opposed to the ramp.

don't know if you've noticed but under the roof of the sawmill mainbuilding you have a spawnpoint for longplanks and beams too

Not sure if you know with the other tree processors got to have easy arm control on to make use of the auto tree alignment and the hannibal T50 has the biggest tree cutting diameter

Clearing stumps with the chainsaw is only possible with the lumberjack mod, which I don't have active.

Would it not be a good idea to buy another bit of ground while you have money then finish clearing the first area then while the first area is rejuvenating you got area 2 to go at

Hi. What graphic settings do you have??? On my i7 7700 3,6GHz, GTX 1060 6GB and 16GB RAM game stutters mostly on SILVERRUN FOREST map :(

Have you got any mods running? If so try the map without any and see if you still have the issue. Also, check your log file to see if there's anything in there too.

yeah... When loading the pallets with my vehicle, whenever I stack them, they jump all over, my vehicle rolls and it's a mess. There is a BIG problem with the pallets at the sawmill...
