I don't get why Google doesn't take care of billing and integrity? Wouldn't it make more sense to have a trillion+ dollar company with a massive programming staff do this right once, rather than have each developer writing a bunch of extra code and trying to understand Google's methodology for weeks or months. I just want to implement an app with a monthly fee. I should be able to setup the subscription plans in Google Play. Then Google should allow download of the app after they check integrity of the device and the first payment is made. When payment is not current they should prevent the app from opening or uninstall. This should all be built into the OS.
