This might not be the best place for this question but here goes: I am trying to test a measurement model with all of my latents together allowing them be freely correlated. For this model, I had imputed the predictor variable and am running into some issues. For one, I am not getting many of the fit statistics in the output (e.g., CFI, TLI, RMSEA) and I am also unsure how to request MODINDICES. Any recommendations for how this is best tackled in Mplus?

I believe modification indices are currently not available with multiple imputation in Mplus. But you should get the other regular fit statistics. If this problem persists, I would email the Mplus support with your license number, syntax, and data file. Best, Christian Geiser
