I have designed this hands-on course to provide you an intense yet enjoyable instructional experience that focuses on a large number of both introductory and advanced topics in SEM using the latest version of one of the most well-known software package, IBM AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). In this course I will provide the materials and instruction that you need to both develop a good understanding of SEM and to be able to thoughtfully apply a variety of basic and advanced models to your data. More specifically, this course will cover a broad range of topics such as

• model fit assessment using various indexes,
• construct reliability and validity assessment using various methods,
• different methods to improve your model,
• structural model assessment,

• mediation using Baron and Kenny approach
• mediation using Sobel test

@@anthonygikuri It depends which software you want to use for PLS-SEM analysis. As you already learnt AMOS and CB-SEM, it would be very easy to learn PLS-SEM. There are many videos on KZbin on PLS. I learnt SmartPLS from this book: A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). It's easy to understand and you don't even need any background in statistics.

Hi Dr. Sharif thanks for the video. I have a guestion What results should we look for for the hypotheses written on paths a and b? For example, H1 There is a relationship between subjectine norm and attitute H2 There is a relationship between attitude and intention Rate before or after boostrap work? Or are the values in the boostrapt direct effect section interpreted?

Thanks for the video. I have a situation like this. In mediation analysis, ab is insignificant which as I understand means there is no indirect relationship (direct relationship is significant). But when I test a and b independently they are both significant. How do I interpret such results?
