And Remember when the thoughts come it’s not sin but entertaining the thought can lead to sin, once the thoughts come quote scriptures James 1:13 “Let no man say he is tempted by God, For God cannot be tempted by evil and he himself does not tempt anyone” always my go to and then I occupy myself with something when the thoughts come close your eyes and ask God to help you overcome temptation. 1st Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

Something that really helped me is journaling each morning too - morning pages 750+ words stream of consciousness. It feels like taking life more serious in a good way, more serious self-love of that depth of the soul, mapping out more meaning. Semen is a literal essence substance of human life and requires essence of the man's life force to produce. There's the path of hedonism in excess ejaculation or the path of retention and greater amplification of life - both featuring very profound effects on the man's energy in alchemic ways that ripple among his surroundings. Wouldn't be surprised if there were ways to measure frequency differences between chronic ejaculation and semen retention - the environment certainly seems to pick up on them. We’re made in the image of God and we’re the embodiment of Christ once we accept him into our hearts and allow sanctification to transform us, after realizing that I wouldn’t call God ugly and I’d imagine neither is his Son, Ergo neither are you. Maybe you’re too focused on wanting to be handsome that you don’t even realize how Handsome you are. You can miss the things right in front of you by searching too hard.

You just break it to them, “Hey look I’m not eating anything today, because I’m doing something for my faith or practice” if they don’t understand spiritual things then just say “I already ate earlier, thank you though” if they don’t respect that then you gotta separate yourself from them and fast away from those that’ll try to force you to break it. It’s probably harder if it’s your family and you still live with them, but you can fast for certain hours of the day if you’re literally being forced to eat.
