And Remember when the thoughts come it’s not sin but entertaining the thought can lead to sin, once the thoughts come quote scriptures James 1:13 “Let no man say he is tempted by God, For God cannot be tempted by evil and he himself does not tempt anyone” always my go to and then I occupy myself with something when the thoughts come close your eyes and ask God to help you overcome temptation. 1st Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

Something that really helped me is journaling each morning too - morning pages 750+ words stream of consciousness. It feels like taking life more serious in a good way, more serious self-love of that depth of the soul, mapping out more meaning.
