Hello Rino - this property makes sense only if you don't throw lots of money at it. Just tidy it up and redecorate a bit and it can be a great holiday home. The garden could be the best part of the property with a bit of work - and ideally move the shed so it doesn't block the view from the terrace. The views are great. Best regards

I agree ... move the shed further down the slope... it can then be not in the way of the view and also be a little haven space, in the cool below the trees, in the heat of summer.

Removing that shed would be the first thing I'd do, then build a pergola on the terrace and plant some lush vines to hide the view of the neighbour's similar shed.

Veramente una bella casa con giardino e vista e anche pochi lavori da intraprendere tranne le finestre e forse dipingere le perete se si vuole solo fare una casa per la vacanza. Credo che sia bello di avere alcuni vicini attorno e di poter comprare delle uova fresche per la collazione. Se la casa è comprata solo per la vacanza, magari è possibile di chiedere ai vicini di prendersi cura del giardino e degli alberi da frutta in cambio di ternersi i frutti. Mi pare che il prezzo sia giusto con un piccolo negoziato. Grazie Rino per il tuo tempo.

I wish I could cover those regions as well, however the channel is too small for now, I hope I can continue growing but I need to be at least at 10k subs before being invited to other regions. Lazio is a great region too to explore but currently no option to film anything just yet.
