@@genbi1592stabbi (stavn and jabbi) did not wanted to renew their contracts and said that CadiaN was the issue. They won’t sign unless he gets benched. Turns out they were in talks with Astralis (which is contract violating and I believe is outside of league regulations but not sure). They didn’t renew and blew up heroic from the inside. Threw their captain under the bus and kept lying about the situation.

@@xenwenwupretty sure their negotiations with Astralis started after they voiced their wish for Cadian getting replaced (which not only Stavn and Jabbi wanted). Astralis simply gave them a better offer. Heroic also was thinking about selling Stavn and Jabbi beforehand. Their behavior certainly wasn‘t nice but nothing out of the ordinary either (which Richard Lewis also said in his research on that topic). Unnecessary to act as if they wanted to destroy heroic.

They are playing stupid and brainless CS, that relies on gambles, confusing their opponents and raw aim. Just like Mouz does. They are dangerous every 8 months or so, where they have been kicked out of group stages often enough, that nobody cares anymore and therefore doesn't prep for them. Then they are figured out again, which results in another year of getting their teeth kicked it. Device sucks as an IGL and is a bot on the server, since taking on that role. They had one shot after the major where everybody else was tired and they blew it. Liquid at least shows promise gameplay-wise. They simply lack fragging. That however can be fixed rather easily. Astralis does NOT lack fragging. They lack any kind of system. They are a joke. They need to kick someone, add a proper IGL and fix their mentality. They are a bunch of children, lead by one of the biggest manchildren, the scene has.

People are not overacting but rather acknowledging that Dev1ce IGLing is better than they thought he would. People didn't even expect anything from this roster when it was announced that Br0 was joining and Dev1ce would be IGL. Everyone including analysts and talent said it wouldn't work and now no one is talking because they realised it could actually work. If you watch their games/demos you'll see he's cooking. There's synergy in the team, they have great midrounds, and their util is way better than most teams. This is someone who was a second caller and star of the most dominant and tactical CS team in history. He's also a very cerebral player. It's foolish to write him off before seeing what he can actually do.
