I was lucky enough to watch the match on stream but the live chat was insufferable. Very toxic towards the losing side, digging up old dirt on people and shit. I don't know these people, I just want to enjoy a good match and I can't even talk about it with the people on stream because they're dicks. I hope the concept succeeds but the milsim viewer base need to get their shit together and support the players giving us entertainment.

Moi, this genre of global competitive milsim is not only kickass from a spectator perspective, but heck, could possibly bring peace to some conflicts in the future lol. I know #Liru does this with Arma, and a few other channels do Arma, but I dig the structuring and all the different aspects like interviews y’all have brought with this format. Would love to see those guys and yourself possibly collaborating to make something truly unique to the competitive gaming world. @@Historylord15there are no true “experienced” servers on Squad, because anyone can join any server at any time, regardless of their knowledge of the game/tactics. If you want a general basis for experience in a server, pay attention to how long games last, if it’s over in less than 25-30 minutes it’s not a place you want to be, games should never be less than 45 minutes.

It's really disappointing, I loved the rat brigades opening games, comms were good, and they were having fun and enjoying it. But in this final game, they just wernt playing at all. Absolutely no communication, no drive, and no confidince in themselves and you can hear it in their voice and it's a shame, just felt like I was watching a casual game from them with random teammates so no one actually wants to talk to anyone. GG any ways and I hope to see them pull them selves up and have another go next time.

In the interview after the game, SAG said that it was a trick so that they could storm the flag quickly because RAT had more players around the flag so more map control so that RAT could take the flag back after the full cap and get 60 tickets for a full cap And because SAG didn't have enough map control on the other side of the river, they didn't push the flag because they couldn't hold it

It was actually a very smart play. If RaT won't cap, SAG can't cap either since, if they do, RaT will play to flip a flag. Not only does this keep a flag flip to RaTs disadvantage from happening at all but by this, they also control the flow of the game.

I don't think that's even in service. I left 2SCR back in 2010 and they were talking about them for the longest but they never materialized. I don't know any other cav units that were seriously planning on implementing them either, but then again I was just a line grunt so it's not like I'd be super privvy to that info anyway. Personally, I have no idea why they threw in the M113 mortar halftrack instead of the stryker variant with the 120mm. No one has used M113's since early GWOT, at least with units that actually deploy overseas. Then again 2SCR doesn't have tanks either yet in Squad they do, lol.

Oddly enough the TOW ones saw way more action(Hey, it's not OUR tax dollars, why NOT fire an ATGM at a mud hut with 1-2 guys in it?!). Mortar strykers saw a ton of action though, obviously.
