For RAM, Why do we have 0 in A13 . Even it has 8K memory space, which means even it should have data lines till A12 itslef.

Why did they connect 0 pin of decoder to the ram???? How did they get to it pin 0 pin 1 or pin 2 ????? How do they select it??!!
