Hi! About cupping: it's physics, you are making vacuum by burning air inside the cups. Keep them vertical upside down and stay longer with the flame, like 3/4 sec, close to the person (but far enough not to burn them) then quickly but gently lower it down on the skin. Imagine you are pressing the cup in water, if you don't keep it vertical, water will fill it. Air fills it quickly, so train to find your best measure. / I like very much you videos, cheers! :)

This looked very well done to me because the suction was not too strong. It was about the sensation. When people get too carried away with the pseudo science aspects of it, they sometimes really damage the body, burning the skin or causing contusions.

Genuine question does the extra noises like tapping on glass or taking extremely long to put gloves on, help people fall asleep, to me it's the action of the massage or in this case fire cupping. All the extra noises make it more difficult for me to relax. Really I'm just curious.
