Not even a month ago I was in the ER for vertigo. YOUR ASMR role play was more thorough and informative than the care I received from the ER physician. Thank you for the work you unknowingly do.

Vertigo is awful. First time it happened to me (as a result of back to back ear infections) I just went down like a log. Thankfully I was standing next to my bed. Trying to google your symptoms while everything is spinning... 🤢Wasn't able to stand, let alone get myself to an ER. Those exercises are the real deal.

I literally have an appointment with an ENT specialist next week because of this very issue. Mine started last month after an all day concert and is triggered by any ear issue (loud sounds, ear ache, sinus pressure). Not only was this soothing but I NEEDED this information so I can relay this to the ENT Dr. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge ❤️

Late to the party as always, but amazing video, Semide. It def speaks to me on a personal level. I have severe vertigo, not BPPV. For me it’s brought on by vestibular migraines and inner ear damage. But just learning about my own condition, I’ve come to know so much about BPPV and crystals getting out of whack. I can’t believe how comprehensively informative this video (and all your work is). You are so helpful providing accurate information as well as ASMR for people. You are the best, and so appreciated!

I had been suffering from vertigo for almost three years it was sometimes worse than other times and doctors couldn't really find anything. It took me a long time to figure out that it actually had been the artificial sweetener acesulfame k that gave me vertigo. Maybe in other cases it's not the sweetener but food should often be considered and doctors rarely do. Kind of a weird comment for this video as I really enjoy Semides videos obviously but maybe it will help someone.
