The better doctors that are committed to trying to fix stuff(instead of just filing a script that could [potentially] cause more side-effects which would lead into needing another script) usually are going to have quite a number of patients in a single day. A lot try to get through as many as they can to make sure the more serious, noticeable things get caught, but the trade off is sometimes they'll miss something by not being thorough enough.

I can cope with the high F numbers; anything over 50 makes little sense in Celsius for weather, body temp, etc, but do get very confused when people talk about, say, 10 degrees being really cold, then I remember Fahrenheit and do some maths (-12 brrrr) 🤣

I'm assuming in addition to any personal knowledge she has, (I've noticed a lot of ASMRtists are nurses or techs?) Coco is really good at studying and repeating the gestures and mannerisms of the medical professionals in training vids, because just the way she moves her hands and attends to a task is very professional looking and feeling. It's that kind of tacit (non verbal) knowledge that really sells these roleplays.
