You can also use the night shift/mode on your phone. I love the black & white mode on my Google Pixel 3! It kicks in for bed time

Invest in a blue light physical screen for your devices, i'm sensitive too and it makes a world of difference. Don't just use "blue light modes" on devices because the leds on the screen continue to emit some bad light frequencies even on an orange color. I personally bought a "VizoBlueX" screen protector and found it very useful. Hope it helps!
@AngieBeer14 жыл бұрын
I know you got a few suggestions already, but blue light filter apps and programs on computers and phones can be super handy if your device doesn't already have a setting or if you can't afford a screen protector or glasses that do it. They also give a lot of control of the level of colour blocking and what kinds of tones suit you best

I really appreciate the conversation explaining that sensuality and intimacy are not directly related to sex. In America sex is so forbidden and not talked about openly, so everyone's mind constantly goes there when we feel someone's touch or see other people touching in a way that isn't just a handshake or a quick hug. Western society has perverted everything to the point of it being seen as dirty or sexual or erotic for 2 people to massage each other and touch each other and show each other physical connection and love when it actually has nothing whatsoever to do with sex. Its beautiful to connect and heal and be comfortable with one another.
@TakaraoftheElves3 жыл бұрын
You're right on the money with this paragraph, Darcie. And the worst part is that, by linking sex to any form of physical contact whatsoever, most all North Americans are so touch-starved and desperate for intimacy that a simple hug feels like a foreign luxury anymore. Someone patted my shoulder this morning and I just about teared up... 😥

I once fell asleep during ASMR, my iPad fell off the bed yanking my ear buds out of my ears and breaking them! ( the earbuds not the ears!) 😝
