So much love. Thank you for sharing your testimony, Gerd ! It reminds me of when I first received a Book of Mormon. I read it everywhere ! My classmates warned me. I would be brainwashed by this church, they said. But I loved that book from the first moment. It filled my heart with the love only God could give. My mother had been searching for God in other churches, but the day I came home from visiting the church for the first time, the path was clear. We went to church together, the missionaries taught us together. The missionaries wanted me to pray and ask God if the church were true. I didn´t understand - I already knew it. But after a few weeks I kneeled down and prayed. I was filled by the same joy, you describe in the video -I knew that because I knew it was true, I should be baptized. I told the missionaries and they were overjoyed. But then they remembered that I was only 16, and had to have my mother´s permission. They asked her what she thought about it, and she just replied: I want to be baptized, too ! we were baptized the same day a couple of months later. My mother stayed true to her covenants all her life. I married in the temple, had three kids. Two served missions and married in the temple. One is preparing for his mission. Now, that´s the rings in the water, you´re talking about. I was married before I could serve a mission myself, but I hope to serve with my husband later on. Thank you for sharing this video !
