Semolina/ Gréau /Semolina Prasad/ Greau recipe Mauritius

This is the traditional Mauritian Gréau. Usually serve as offering (prashad) in Temples. You can also enjoy it as a hot or cold dessert.

125 g coarse semolina
3 tbs unsalted butter or ghee
2 tbs dry raisins
3-4 Green cardamoms
2 small cinnamon sticks
250 ml milk
60 g sugar

Yes, you can use oil instead..
