Oh, the irony of Ned Nwoko’s remarks on the death of opposition in Nigeria-only for him to abandon the opposition entirely and join the ruling party! If there was ever a perfect example of "do as I say, not as I do," this would be it. I couldn't help but laugh while listening to his resignation and defection letter being read. Not because it was funny, but because it was downright tragic. A sitting senator, supposedly a leader and lawmaker, completely oblivious to the glaring contradiction between his words and his actions!
