Just beat it today and got the second game right after and I almost cried reuniting with the class. I'm invested and this song at the end. Perfect. Couldn't imagine playing this at release and waiting three years for the sequel got a lot of time before the 4th game I got time to enjoy theses.

+akritos546 Zero and Ao are completely necessary for the current Erebonia arc though, since it's pretty much a given that Sen no Kiseki 3 will merge the results of the storylines from Sen 2 and Ao (the epilogue of Sen 2 hints as much).

@@Pompadourius Idk much about Japanese but the rule with Trails so far is every arc has a new preposition: Trails IN the Sky Trails FROM Zero Trails TO Azure Trails AT Sunrise Trails OF Cold Steel Trails INTO Reverie They even retconned XSeed's original English name for Zero no Kiseki in CS ("Trails to Zero") in order to keep this rule, so I think it's a thing. If Kuro means "black" or "Darkness" as I keep hearing, then my guess would be "Trails beneath Darkness" or "Trails under Darkness" would be appropriate (beneath sounds cooler, I think.) I'm not usually this sad, I promise. It's just this is Trails.

Could it be "Steel Roar −Verge of Death−" from Ao no Kiseki? I read somewhere it's played in both Ao and Cold Steel (there's also a song from Trails in the Sky the 3rd used in Cold Steel as well), but Falcom never puts those recurring song in their later albums so they aren't among Cold Steel's OST.

Well, the track is the game files as seen by in the link, but as you can see, it's just a file name instead as seen at zophars domain. some devs are lazy, and give songs and sounds name ingame, and don't bother properly naming them in the game files, by thinking no 1 will see it, and don't consider someone extracting the songs from ingame using other tools or methods, as they weren't meant 2 be seen.
