Well to be fair, most that voted against it has only their political affiliation that made them so. Except for senator santiago who has proven that she knows well about her stand without stain of politics. Most that voted for impeachment has also stain of politics within their decisions. People in the government are all the same, they only care about their political ambitions and much more, their personal agendas.

But Santiago is right but the case is we don't have a rulling for impeachment trial only the senate president can provide the rulling. Though Santiago already presented an idea on how to rule an impeachment case using the international law.
