At this hearing, we all saw and heard Jojo Nones say na "nagkuwentuhan lang at nag-socialize lang Sila Nina Sandro Mulach and Richard Cruz at Wala na ibang nangyari pa bukod SA pagkukuwentuhan Nila." when Senator Jinggoy Estrada asked Nones kung ano ba talaga Ang ginawa Nila SA loob ng hotel room Ni Nones. This statement of Jojo Nones is very important and can play a crucial role in convicting him and Richard Cruz. Kasi, previously parang sinabi ata ng Kampo Nina Jojo Nones na whatever happened in their hotel room with Sandro Mulach is consensual, Kaya no crime, Kasi pumayag naman daw si Sandro Mulach SA mga nangyari SA kanila. Obviously, both these statements of the accused contradict each other. On one hand, they said na consensual DAW Ang nangyari, may consent DAW Ni Sandro, Kaya, no sexual abuse DAW that happened. Tapos ngayon, in this Senate hearing, mismo galing SA bibig Ni Jojo Nones na nothing else happened in their hotel room with Sandro except nagkuwentuhan lang DAW Sila. These contradictory statements clearly shows that the accused are lying. If you sreally are innocent, there will be no need to lie and your statements will therefore not be contradicting each other. As an objective and mere outsider looking at this, just hearing Jojo Nones speak during the Senate hearings, so clear to me that he is lying. Tapos, sasabihin Nila that they hope the public will not judge them until the trial is over and a decision has been made by the judiciary. Eh Loko pala ito, magaling na creative and writer nga ito, he is good in fabricating lied and using colorful dramatic speech to try to appeal to the public's sympathy, but the truth is always objective and justice is not about how created be you can get with your words, but justice is all about the truth. And Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, with regard to Sandro's case, you lie incessantly, tuloy na-detain so Nones for contempt!

Hindi sya tinutukan ng baril or pinwersa para gawin ang invitation sa knya. He was influence and invited but he was not forced. It was his decision to do it. Wala kasing pwersa na ginawa. it was his own will. Kaya lang mali kasi un side nila Jojo sige sila deny, dapat inamin nila pero rebatal nila dapat na hindi nman nila pinwersa kusang pumayag lang si sandro. These two has the right to deny because the substance were not yet been in medical assistance. I hope the complainant has been undergoing medical legal right after this bad event, if he really was offered this wine with powder substance or illicit drug as what he was stated...the accuse two have right to deny they're still innocence until proven guilty. The only problem here are the settlement things he has been made to the father of complainant which been vouches by the executive of the network. Also the text invitations were not that strong point because they admitted it and besides they were in entertainment industry everything is possible... One do the script writing and the other is an actor. We cannot make judgement that easily...the due process still ongoing guys!

Abuse of power on the part of the accused to try and entice the victim, cause maybe in the past, there are actors who are open to it and in this case, they were trying to push it if they could score .
