May be next time the Senate is asking for a list of nominee from the President he should add the intended Ministry the nominee will be assigned to. this enable the Senator to question the nominee in line of their experience and what they will be bringing to the Ministry and the country as a whole. it was embarrassing to hear the Senator asking for favor to be accorded to their constituency when nominee is returned to the previous ministry. This kind of request should be coming up in a Ministerial screening. We can see where the corruption begin. This is the time to ask the nominee every thing they have done in their life time using the CV. If does not make to wait until someone comes to accuse the nominee of any wrong doing that was not brought during the screening after he or she has been confirmed. The Senate needs to change their ways of screening. This a job interview that has to be treated as such and not a candidate for an election. Senators should not be asking the nominee for favor in advance.
