First, we must make sure our MPs are knowledgeable but not any Tom Dick and Harry. I took calls for Wells Fargo deposit accounts from March to April 2015. I had to encourage every customer to be transferred to see what options we have for their bank accounts. We had scripts to get you over there. I was yelled at on EVERY call about it. And had many escalations when people called about the scandal and if they would receive a settlement.

Wells Fargo charged me 10dlrs a month for years when I had free checking due to my direct deposits...when I realized, i approached mgmt and was denied a refund...this is over a decade later and I still have every statement that will prove 10dlrs per month for years...who can I get in touch with cause I kept all of this info.becausr I know it was wrong but when I approach wells Fargo with evidence they denied!!!
