You want to improve the environment do ya? Well you need to be talking about better built roads and other infrastructure that can withstand these weather patterns. You also need to be talking about less stuff and longer lasting stuff. Because an electric car that has be replaced every ten years isn't going to work. Both the gas and electric companies are bad guys. They just want to make as much money as the possibly can and they do not care about the environment at all. Nor do all the electric manufactured goods companies.
