Senator Kennedy is smart as a whip. He really does his homework before these sessions take place. His Southern accent and his smart quips ("only dead fish go with the flow") are pure gold. The nominees for Judge positions seemed like first year law school students and the nominees for the board no different. Anyone not willing to be open about their opinions SHOULD NOT SERVE IN ANY APPOINTED POSITION. PERIOD.

This Judge Clark was astonishing. She didn’t have any of the very basic legalities understood. It was as if she never went to law school and was applying for a job as a Federal Judge. The way they thank the senator for asking the question comes off as a pure scam as well.

When thes candidates start their answers with " thank you for the question, Senator" you KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM. This is sad because they want to run the clock out without divulging any information as to how they will handle a court case. So how can anyone confirm them for.office. They are well educated but cannot answer even a yes or no question. SO SAD!
