hi crystal.. great and informative videos.. just to be sure i have a couple of questions 1- does fba mean that amazon will bring my products from my supplier or do I still need a shipping company.? 2- if i need a shipping company do I add the the carrier's address in the (ship from ) section or the suppliers address? 3- where do I get amazon fulfillment center address? if you can make a video of how to communicate supplier, carrier and amazon it would be great..I would really love to start selling on amazon yet I find it very confusing and complicated

Can you please do an updated video, as there are many options in the drop down list, and I cant seem to book an appointmennt doing it your way. There is a new requirement which is "In order to verify that you are a legitimate carrier, please provide your transportation ID. This information will only be required once, and does not impact future requests. " Which I do not understand

Thank you much for the video. It's very detailed. I was wondering if we can still make delivery to BX3 without appointment as this video was made two years ago. When I called FBA UAE helpdesk, the personel was adamant that even if we send one unit, we need to book appointment. I'll be so grateful if you can confirm if we need to still book appointment.

The video was recently updated. It is always best to take an appointment to make sure that you are able to deliver the units with no problems.

We usually use DHL but DHL does not provide appointment facility and we were trying see if DHL can co-operate with us and we book the appointment while DHL do the delivery. Can you suggest any courier (small parcel air) companies that streamline this service? We are sending from India.

Thanks Krystel!#.. How about sending as individual? I am sending my first shipment and it will include 9 different designs.. Total is 70 pieces.. I created a listing for each design with 2 pieces per order. After watching your videos I understand each design should have FNSKU on each of the 2 pieces... And the FBA label on the carton.. Is there any other labels I should attach? It will be under Generic so not using UPC ..

Thank you Krystal for the reply; but doubt is because of the bar code that gets printed when we do the booking. You had mentioned that first the bar code gets printed for each unit, then a bar code for the box. Our box contains different units, like mugs of 2 different size, few straws and a straw cleaner. How does that work?

If you are selling the 2 mugs and 1 straw as 1 package so that is considered 1 unit

I have a small doubt, how much time in today's COVID crisis scenario they are taking to approve the carrier central appointments ? I know its taking lot more than usual. But I wanted to know an approximate time, like 1 week or 2 weeks, how much? Further I would also like to know as a merchant shipper show much time (or what is product sales ) required to get the buy box? I know its all system based, but I wanted to know is it like 5 product sale or 20 product sale would help me get the buy box?

Well the appointment depends on if you are a new seller sending inventory for the first time or if you are replenishing your stock - so as of now appointments are taking 5-10 days. I can’t give you a general answer to the buy box question because that depends on a lot of factors , mainly the price, FBA and sales history as well as frequency

If I want to have an Arabic text stuck on each individual products I ship, can I request Amazon to do that while they fulfill the order?. I mean, I can give the carton boxes with 100s of my products being in one. For instance 300 packets of one product is in a carton box. However, will Amazon accept sticking the labels in Arabic if I give them the labels or it is something they don't....
