Send the Right Emails to the Right Person in ODOO

Hi! Thank you for the video, very useful configuration. I wonder if there fields could be many2many instead of many2one, in case a company has more than one contact we need to contact.

You could definitely do this. You'd just have to setup your email templates to pull from the right list.
